Manager (Current Employee) – warminster – 4 October 2018
the hours are fine the progression is good the pay is inline with other companies the only problem is the franchised locations are not ideal if you re a non driver often in remote locations on busy carriageways they are also in a building which normally has a costa and greggs inside. Also having been there a few months i have been away to various locations for at least 5 weeks so far since july..
Okay, however management in warminster subway was disappointing.
Sandwich Artist (Former Employee) – Warminster – 18 November 2018
Working at Subway in Warminster was one of the more underwhelming moments of my life. There were aspects of the job that I did enjoy however I could have gotten those experiences from any other fast food and retail store in the area. I didn't get adequate training and my pay was constantly reduce.
Great life experience, 30% off subs.
Poor training, awkward hours, no sick pay, no raises, no promotions.
