Productive and fun workplace
A typical days work for me includes washing up pots and pans and plates from service and help keep the kitchen clean and help with deliveries and observing stock rotation. i have learn alot like how to clean a chip fryer safely how to use the dishwasher safely and how to use chemicals for the kitchen and the dishwasher safely. I work along side the chefs and the three other kitchen porters and we always work as a team and we have a good working attitude and relationship with my other co-workers. the hardest part of my Job is transporting the plates and food to other places in the hotel and the most enjoyable part of my job is washing up because after i feel like ive achieved something.
