A typical work day consists of preparation which involves getting all of your equipment ready for the night such as cleaning the fryers and prepping the ovens for further. Also we are expected to prep our food such as your appetizers, make batter, and preparing your specials. After that we being the work night which involves a fast pace high volume of food going out which taught me how to deal with stressful situation in a fast paced environment. I enjoyed the management very much and think that they are great people to work under but i was looking for something more. I would have to say the hardest part of the job was dealing with the stress of the restaurant business. I would have to say the best part about the job is the people they all were very helpful for the most part as well as enjoyable in their own ways.
