The interview process is a great opportunity to really understand the role you have applied for. Talking through all aspects with the Hiring Manager who, in turn, would want to know more about you. You might discuss scenarios that could arise in the role and what would you do in that situation based on your experience, skills and knowledge. Talking about similar situations you’ve experienced before helps us understand how well the role matches your strengths and how you would fit in with the team.

There may be opportunities to walk around the operation with the Hiring Manager and see for yourself exactly what a day in the life of a Stapleton’s colleague will look like. You could meet other team members along the way as they carry out their roles.

If you are successful with your application we would firstly make a conditional pre-offer of employment. In return you will need to provide us with additional information, including contact details of a reference, proof of any essential qualifications and drivers licence details to name a few.
