Delivering programmes for customers, Management was good, co-worker was great, the most enjoyable part of the job was making a difference to the customers and the hardest part of the job was knowing the contract was ending and having to tell the customers.

Working with a caseload of customer to get them into employment/voluntary position. My colleagues are all understanding, helpful and reliable. Having my hands tied. Seeing my customers smile when I have helped customers.
