My interview was very much like my experience at St John's. The interviews were clearly very happy being put in a position of power and authority to employ/take on volunteers. I found it an unprofessional and slightly ego centrally led, i.e. it was more about the interviewer perceiving themselves in a position of authority than it was about the individual they were interviewing.
