It is not easy always to balance between your own emotions and young people's experience. Sometimes, it is hard to stay objective as a professional as we hear a lot of difficult stories and problems that those young people face. That's exactly what makes me even more motivated to do this job as I want to help those young people to have better life as we all deserve that.Answered 15 June 2020

I used to love going to work for St Christopher's Fellowship. I'm just disheartened the way they have fallen into the bureaucracy. Which is not dealing with the real issues, so going round in circles. You mustn't have a voice, if you are a yes person you will do extremely well.Answered 20 May 2019
The working hours are 8 hour shifts (early/mid/late between 8am-10pm) which is fine, however, it is rare that you have two days off in a row and you may have to stay late if there is an incident or a case of missing etc. which is often not reflected in pay.Answered 2 December 2018
