We operate mainly in airports and rail stations across the UK, some of our units can open as early as 3am and some are open 24/7. Full time is generally 40 hours per week and part time is dependent on the unit’s requirements but as an example could be 16+ hours per week. For team member / team leader roles, once you submit your application one of our Recruitment Officers will contact you. You will then be invited for either a 121 interview with one of our managers or to attend one of our Recruitment Days.
For management roles, your CV will be reviewed by one of our Resourcing Managers who will reply to let you know if you’ve been successfully shortlisted. If so, we will be in touch to arrange a telephone interview to discuss your CV and management competencies. If successful at that stage, there will then be a competency interview with the hiring manager on site, and some preparation / observations to do on one of our units to give us your feedback before a decision is made. (This may require a second visit if the role is based in secure locations such as airports).

During the interview we will ask you some questions to make sure we are both a good match for each other and talk through the role. For example, for team member roles, we will be discussing (amongst other things) customer service and teamwork, and for leadership / management roles we will be discussing the competencies needed to lead a team and manage a business. We also welcome any questions or comments you may have.
A uniform is provided to all of our operations colleagues. These will differ slightly between our different brands, but don’t worry we will make sure you have the tools and equipment to do a great job. If you’re in an office role, smart/casual business attire is fine.
