Monitoring, recording and fixing issues identified by monitoring software or analysis. Providing proactive fixes, updates to environments so issues can be identified and ideally resolved before customer impact. Management are friendly, it is a busy environment but still remains sociable.

The staff at this workplace were very welcoming and introduced me to all of the different departments at the workplace, allowing me to gain an insight to the job roles which they currently perform at SSP Worldwide. This allowed me to understand the world of business a lot better.

not a fun workplace

a typical day at work was long I left tired al the time I worked
I learnt how to deal with difficult . the management was not the best times I felt sick they didn't care and I was not allowed to go home the hardest part of the job was remembering the orders when you took about five at a time and the most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the customers come to you for help with their order.

Grew by acquisition and the integration of those businesses proved challenging.
Company is trying to make things better.
Very little organised project management.
Very little planning all very last minute.
