General staff all so nice. Change shift patterns too much. Long hours with 30 minutes for lunch. Focus too much on statistics. Moaned at for toilet breaks. Management unapproachable. A lot of bulling from managers

It was difficult dealing with peoples complaints as i was only 17 at the time and even though i was trained on how to handle it. It was difficult. The company closed down which is why i had to leave. The people were great to work with because if i was unsure on how to handle it, i asked a member of staff and we worked together as a team to help each other out.
