If you want to work for a place where your happiness evaporates and your wellbeing diminishes, then work here.

You are paid minimum wage for stress which eats into your personal life and makes you unbelievably miserable. The wage structure is ridiculous, as there isn’t one, to get a pay rise you’d need to leave your role, then reapply when they advertise - more... it for more.

There are sometimes bonus schemes, but only when it suits the directors.

As for holiday/time off. Forget about it! This is favoured towards those who have been there for years and years!
