Apprenticeship (Former Employee) –  Egham, Surrey2 October 2019
full of promises but do not deliver,no assessments given,no feedback, just full of talk about available apprenticeships where they ask you to attend several sessions without pay and then drop you like a hot coal - you have been warned...………….

Fun working environment
Development Centre Lead Coach (Current Employee) –  Warrington, Cheshire16 December 2018
A typical day would depend on the place of work. During weekend sessions it is an early start, however easily manageable. Reasonably short day working with a range of age groups and teaching children sport. Working in schools and nurseries is also part of the job when reaching a certain level of coaching. Learnt lots of skills on the job and having not had much coaching experience before, the amount they helped was brilliant. It is a great and enjoyable place to work with like-minded people and lovely parents and children.

Football coaching with a difference...
Sport4Kids Lead Sports Entertainer (Current Employee) –  Staines4 June 2013
Sport4Kids are not your usual coaching company. They somehow manage to blend the fun and lively entertainment side of working with the children with some serious football skill development using some very creative drills. The younger Tots and Kickers group are good fun - it's all about creating noise, theatre and entertainment to develop their motor skills and social skills. In the older groups, Strikers and Academy, they introduce the kids to real competitive football - small sided games, team work drills as well as individual development along the Coerver coaching lines. They also hold lots of family events, including a Christmas and Summer Party, as well as multiple charity matches featuring us coaches against our members! They also host the S4K Tournament - where teams from all of the development centres come together to play against each other and win trophies and medals. In all, I'm very pleased I made the decision to join and am working towards a career with the organisation, which seems to be growing every day!
Pros
