As stores a franchised it's the director who decides. At the store I work in we have axa insurance, so once a year you can have one pair specs or sunnies and it's discounted down to £105, we can then claim that back from axa, so we get them free. Also friends and family get 50% discount. The axa and specs are really great benefits, we have generous directors in that respect.

At our store minimal jewellery and tattoos they prefer them minimal or not on show. Fake nails are no problem at all and length is not an issue either.

Depends on your store. We closed on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Other than that, holidays are first come first served. Some people are on set days so if they're already off, expect to work some unsociable hours over holidays.

Depends on your store, who has booked it and what days your set-hours colleagues work. If your store does it allow it, you need to request it sometimes a year in advance.

Very unorganised and management were very pushy and demanded you to sell as much as possible I felt like I was taking peoples money for very overpriced frames and lenses, I felt very uncomfortable when I was told to sell as much as possible
