No sick pay the first year. How is someone supposed to pay their rent/mortgage or bills with the added worry of no money off genuinely long term sick..
Saturday Hours not previously discussed at interview. Not to mention they require a late shift one day a week, not ideal if you have kids. No sick pay for first year and minimal useful benefits. Doubt I'll be here long.
