Customer Care Assistant (Former Employee) – Basingstoke, Hampshire – 9 April 2019
I spent about a month not knowing how to do my job because no one bothered to take the time to train me, or the other new recruits. Most of the emails coming through were too advanced for my lack of training, so I could only work on certain ones.
One day I was told I'd be going on the phones. When I explained that I haven't been trained for inbound phonecalls, my collegue casually said "Oh well, you'll figure it out".

IC Content Lead (Current Employee) – Christchurch – 24 May 2019
It's a demanding job and there's quite a bit of pressure to consistently deliver at short notice due to ongoing change. The main office is relocating to Basingstoke so there's pressure to travel more as well.
income officer (Former Employee) – Christchurch, Dorset – 28 April 2019
Found job enjoyable but prefer more contact with residents .Role very black and white with little chance to adapt ,as income led . culture was excellent looking to constantly adapt to provide service. preferred neighborhood role as able to become part of a team.
