I am involved with Induction, so a typical day would be delivering one or two training sessions, this could be done in any one of our 4 Hospitals or any of our community bases, my patch is 744 square miles.

The hardest part of the job is training to get 5000 staff compliant with the CQC that's a challenge to say the least.

The trust also sells - more... my services so i look after two hospices i look forward to my Hospice training days, i also look after most GP's in the county and keep them up to date. - less
ProsThe lovely people i get to train
ConsLong hours and little support from management
