I recently interviewed and it is very formal. They ask you to give examples of times eg you have been in a stressful situation and how you dealt with it. Look at the specification for the role and prepare answers to how you have shown those qualities.

Dependent on the role, but experience in the field and being able to show examples in a previous position where you have carried out a similar role. Interview is generally fairly relaxed.
