Chaotic and unfocussed with constant restructuring which improves nothing.

Directionless with constant redundancies and changes of direction. I joined 2 years ago and they reduce the staff numbers year on year to make the books look better but this is just a sticky plaster for deep rooted systemic problems. Problems such as, no real plans, poor focus on sales, bloated exec and senior management teams, poor focus on quality.
The long term answer can never be to keep getting rid of people only to replace some of them in the same jobs and nothing else gets better.
Also, overall the benefits package for new starters is not great with only 20 days holiday and poor quality other benefits.
