Not a good place to work, poor untrustworthy management, lacks structure, and boundaries.t.

A poor experience working with no structure, boundaries, or good management. Cramped working conditions, with no rooms to see clients. No induction, or Training offered at commencement of employment. Management tasks off loaded to staff to meet targets.

I could be comfortable at work. An all woman workplace due to the type of work. Enjoyable and a good working environment. I got to learn on the job and was given time to adjust.

Student Social Worker (Former Employee) –  Islington, Greater London6 January 2017
Excellent place to work. Very committed staff to the ethos of the organisation.

Friendly staff team and approachable management.

Given the nature of the job, it can be emotionally draining however, making a difference to the lives of women, girls and children who are survivors of domestic abuse makes it all worth it.

It can be very busy and quiet on some days, however you can never predict how the day will be. My collegues are great to work with and very helpful anytime you need help. The hardest part of job is when a client is not cooperating for you to help them.
Pros
delivering workshops
Cons
short hours
