Typically, you would be at a client location providing solutions to their corporate requirements. Often on a learning curve acquiring new skills to be used at an engagement. Management were concerned about billable hours, so being in a client engagement was a priority. Although, between engagement, you could be on special projects to learn more skills to sell in the market place. The hardest part of the job was acquiring these new skills quickly. The most enjoyable part was being engaged with the customer. The workplace culture was very professional and collaborative.
Apart from training and certifications there is not really any benefit from organisation. The management is not good they create hostile environment, they don't communicate much. Salary hikes are very low and there are less prospects for growth. They have good number of clients but you wouldn't like the work environments there. Some are uninteresting projects other uncomfortable work locations and they'll send you to far off places like Manchester, Reading etc. if you are unwilling then you may be asked to leave your job. HRs and the policies are not so comfortable.
Long hours of work, low salaries
