  • If you are a planner on a contract that has multiple engineers on the ground across a region YOU are in charge part of you're job is to make life as easy and smooth going for the man on the ground earning the company you work for money which in turn employs you - You are not more important that the engineer - You cannot read maps - You take no care in the route or placement of jobs given to an engineer - You think 6hrs 30mins driving time is fine when you have four duels for the day to get through - You don't understand the logistics of working in a area like Cornwall or Devon making the engineer travel from St Just to Torquay to Ilfacombe to Falmouth in a single day - Cornwall to Exeter to Weymouth - Plymouth to Sailsbury to Bristol just some examples of the planning these kids have you doing at Newmarket..clueless
