SMS are implementing a new Annual Performance & Development Review which will be tied in to the values that employees choose. This will be rolled out before the end of 2019 to all employees and offers the opportunity for formalised and documented feedback plus a personalised training and development plan.
Performance reviews only happen when management remember. Even if you request it, they will never happen. I have had 2 in 18months.
Pay reviews, don't even bother trying. They will not happen, and you will just be refused. Even when your job is being advertised at a higher salary than you get!
