Our standard holiday offering is 20 personal days and 8 public holidays. On top of this you will gain an extra 1 day holiday for each completed year of service (capped at 5 years).

SMS are implementing a new Annual Performance & Development Review which will be tied in to the values that employees choose. This will be rolled out before the end of 2019 to all employees and offers the opportunity for formalised and documented feedback plus a personalised training and development plan.

Supposed to be 8am to 4:30pm but usually end up being forced to work 18 hour days sometimes leaving out at 6am for a 3 hour drive to 1st job followed by 2 hour drives between jobs and then forced to do extra jobs and call out until 1-2am the following day

The staff are not the problem the company and the management are.. The employees leave because they come to a personal understanding that they can do better..

All employees must be able to prove their right to work in the UK prior to employment. Some roles require further pre-employment checks, such as driving licence check and criminal record check. Where criminal records checks are due we would request them a minimum of 2 weeks before the scheduled start date to allow time for processing.
