Personally if I was running a store my staffs hair colour wouldn’t make a blind bit of difference hair colour does not make good or bad people, lack of motivation makes poor sales people

Answered

Don’t go!!! You do not want to work in Skechers. It’s a stressful target based job that leaves you feeling like you have to fight for your job every time you’re in for a shift. You’re just a number there

Answered

Pay your staff more than minimum wage and drop all the ridiculous target pushing. Also, be a better judge of character because some of the managers are horrible.

Answered

9 hour shifts not long days at all, 2 days off a week

Answered

50% once a month
2x 30% once a month
Free pair once a year (on the aniversary of your start date (includes the day you start))

Answered

Embarrassed because they sell ugly shoes.

Answered

Can be either, depending on the manager at the time. Usually 1-1 though.

Answered

Dress smart casual, tell them in the interviews you have a passion for shoes and a willingness to learn new things.

If they ask you why you’re the perfect candidate tell them you’re not the perfect candidate no one is perfect there’s always scope for improvement and knowledge.
