No you need to work the hours they tell you, most positions are for 37.5 hours a week and if your lucky part time would be 16 hours a week. and its either 4 hour shifts or 8 hours shifts, they do not accommodate for people, they are they to work you to the bone and make lots of money

Yes, and a lot of us new recruits are working from home. There's still a few teething troubles with them adapting training to wfh people as well as in the office but I think they're getting there
