Working Environment at Sitel

Excited for a new challenge

Toxic. Depressing. Demotivating.

It's quite relaxed. Get the work done.

Avoid the UKVI campaign. It also made me ill thinking about it every morning. I'm very happy to not be working there anymore. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. You'll be set up to fail its as simple as that. Overworked. Underpaid.

This company has too many faults to place them all. The management are a disgrace. Employees cannot approach any personnel etc. I did and was given a warning on my file. They are discrimative against people who dont match their criteria so dont be unwell. Dont be off 3 strikes and you are out. They do not look after or appreciate their colleagues on the Eurocentral Sitel site. I think Sitel will continue to employ staff for very short periods of time. They must have some turnover of staff they use the probationary period to their full advantage.

The culture is fun and energetic. It's a great place to work. We work hard and reward hard.
