You wouldn't, it is a last resort for finding work, unfortunately the company knows this and tries to use it against you to work double shifts, last minute shifts, or simply not giving you enough work to earn more than your travel costs

Answered

They do not care. They get rid of you without talking to the staff, they have known to put job adverts out to replace staff when that person is on holiday, in the hope they do not find out.

There wasn't an interview, there was a group of us and we all had test sheets to fill out, simple arithmetic and health and safety questions. Then we filled out documents and then we were shown around the factory and then told we would be contacted via text if we were successful giving us a start date and time.
