management can be a pain. very strategic in their social interactions with employees. if you don't mind that stuff and keep yourself to yourself do your duty and go home than it a fairly good company to work with

A good start in the industry, but can improve.
Rolling Stock Technician (Current Employee) –  Northampton5 November 2017
Siemens provides occasional training, minimal on the job training, and few opportunities for promotion. They're trying to get better, but are still floundering.

Also low pay for industry.

Generally a good place to work
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (Current Employee) –  Poole12 October 2017
Siemens is huge, with many businesses, so to describe "Siemens" is almost impossible. Some divisions are great places to work, for example the Healthineers teams always seem to be motivated and in good spirits, and in some other areas not as good. You would need to spend time looking into the particular area you wanted to join to get a true picture.
