In all honesty, its awful. The work load is always increasing and the pay never follows suit. I don't know why but Siemens has a habit of not paying its employees equally in regards to the job. Instead they wiggle around things by changing job titles to keep employee pay low. With that said, i have learned nothing that would be useful to take away and use in another job. The hardest part of the job is the hours, majority is shift work and the hours are ungodly. The most enjoyable part of the job is when management isn't in the office because they just bring the overall morale down every time and the hardest part is the workload and pay, by far. When you join, listen to your colleagues, if they complain all the time about the work, role, management etc..., chances are you will too within 1 months time and be wishing you didn't take their offer which in no doubt you will realise it was all "smoke and mirrors".
