Not aware of Showsec doing any background checks above and beyond regular business checks (i.e. Do you have any unspent convictions, etc). All employees I interacted with seemed stable and friendly.

No background checks!! I know of exconvicts working there!
Probably dont bother as like I said, people with records and people served time work there.
