Very young workforce, many of them related to few "old retainers " and management. Target driven culture, targets are more important than Health & Safety, eg you are expected to handle a 2 person lift on your own, they will get rid of you if you refuse to pick up a 20kg item, as that is what has just happened to me. Also the management show favouritism to their nieces and nephews, who often are the "top pickers", they even buy them apples as a reward! These privileged "top pickers" will often go snitching on new starters for not being perfect, so beware. Management also show a world weary attitude, as the operation is moving to the East Midlands in 2020 and will be almost fully automated. Current workforce look like they're either exhausted or not interested, not friendly unless you are one of their clique. I wish you all a pleasant onward journey . . . . . .
