Shocking !!! 3 occasions or 11 days ill nd that's start of your stage . You 've then got to work a year without having anytime off which is rubbish to say you work in an hospital where there's constantly germs. Too many people are coming to work really ill because they fear losing their job

Abysmal. Expect to be put under heavy pressure to come into work whilst ill, thereby potentially infecting other staff members and patients with whatever illness you're suffering from at the time.

If you do have to take time off, you can also anticipate being made to feel like a criminal upon returning to work after even one sick day.
