At Shawbrook I worked within a dedicated and hard working sales team. My role was out on the road which meant I relied on the team in the office to support me. Typically I would leave my house on a Sunday night and return on Friday - my day was filled with attending broker meetings, discussing deals with the team, providing pipeline feedback to management - more... and presenting the company at seminars.
