Domestic Energy Advisor (Former Employee) – Highnam – 27 February 2019
First impressions were an enjoyable, friendly team with Warm and Well, as people are very welcoming and kind to me starting. However, there are fundamental flaws with the management and organization itself which damages the job experience.
Some colleagues did not want anything to do with you, which is very damaging to confidence. The charity is so reliant of funding it provides very little certainty of becoming a long time member of the team. Too focused on minor percentages and call performance as opposed to work rate, qualities and not open to more ideas.
Discrimination against youth or younger employees as the new generation.
Advice Worker (Former Employee) – Highnam with Haw Bridge – 11 October 2018
Terrible place to work, treat staff poorly. Bullying and dishonest blame culture management don't know how to treat people or manage. Working here ruined my health and confidence, big turn over of staff.
Business Energy Advisor (Former Employee) – Split between home and office in Gloucestershire – 13 July 2018
This company is reliant on funding streams, meaning that job security is limited to runs of 24 months. There is no appetite for diversifying into full cost recovery energy consultancy work and few members of staff with practical knowledge.
