To whom it may concern,
My typical day at work involves coming in and setting up for the day, making sure i have enough supplies to last me throughout the day, the area is clean and ready for the busy period.
My learning consists of all the modern necessary health and safety, food safety and basic knowledge of safety procedures, such as manual handling training and COSHH.
The workplace culture leaves a lot to be desired, the management need work on internal communication within the management team and speaking to the employees. Their is a lack of inter-personal relationships and poor people skills within the management team.
The hardest part of the job is dealing with the management teams
poor communication and their lack of organisation.
The most enjoyable part of the job is some of the people.
