Personally wouldn’t recommend working for this agency, there is hardly any shifts unless you want to travel to matlock. Management was alright but they pick and chose who get what shifts. Had given my availability but I would get shifts offered that was out of my availability

Very good agency to work for if that is what you are looking for. Excellent staff in the office who care and you can talk to if you have problems. They always work really hard to find us work. Always had a good experience with them.

sometimes shifts do get cancelled but not the company's fault

This was a dreadful agency. The Darlington branch discriminated against me from the beginning, I received seriously wrong wages for multiple weeks and the office did nothing to rectify it...but only prolong my anxiety with perpetually and ridiculously wrong amendments. They did it deliberately because the Birmingham office recruited me, or because I have autism and they didn't want me to work for them. The shifts were very good all the same. Still I had a series of bad luck at each assignment I went to....I took it on the chin that I shouldn't be working for them. They have no communication skills and if you ring to confront someone for still not being paid, they are good at fobbing you off, or get cross on the phone. I once rang to give availability and the guy who answered sounded aggressive. The staff in the offices are young kids aged 18 to twentysomething who can't be bothered to work. If they didn't want an autistic staff member my other agency Medsolve who have been superb to work for gave me an award for being their best staff member

I can recommend this company for any potential staff and the culture of the management is excellent and there are many shifts to cover, if you are happy to put I the hours of work

They have some really goof clients.
Management were lovely, I did work in the office for a period of time.

I still recommend people to this agency.

fun and flexible, could choose type of shifts and work as per your availability. Working in hospitals where I gained a lot of working experience for the role of a health care assistant and improved my clinical skills and communication skills.

I enjoyed the work side of things whilst working for the company but work arrangement was hard. As this company was an agency I worked in many different places, most of which i enjoyed but i wasnt keen on the amount of hours I was given it was always either too mutch or not enough. There were weeks were I would have no work at all and other weeks that I found it physically impossible to cover all the hours expected.
