Supply stock to use to do the job, answer questions what need to be answered instead of leaving us in the dark. Getting the wages correct and on time. Fair holiday entitlement.

Stop making good staff do all the work spot check as most staff hide don't do thire job then good staff like me have to do dubble work far dame pay as the ones that go missing far hrs .... spot check out the lazy staff and pay a little more

Have managers who actually live in the same area so any problems can be sorted quicker. Add more people in payroll. Spend more money for equipment. Take longer to train staff. Make list of what needs doing with manager of store. Visit at least once a week. Hire more area managers and supervisors.
