Try and hold onto good people managers. Do not tolerate front staff being threatened with their job. Monitor grievances they can tell you a lot. Challenge blame culture
Forced out by uncooperative employees which I line managed due to their attitude to work generally and being told what to do by their line management. Loved the job and location but. UK stopped with me. Could not dismiss them as they were long established and lazy.
If management becomes aware of a person's challenging work circumstances then this could be followed up to get to the root and provide concrete support.
