Not great, we have recently been bullied in to working weekends supporting children in a day care setting.
We work with adults through the week. My shift now do not enable me to have the work / home style balance I need.
I dont mind children but we have only a few children coming to this service. Hence we are left short during the week to compensate for the weekend when we are over staffed.

Yes it does a police check and it can take a few weeks depending if you have ever had a disclosure done before
