Not very people focused
Considering it is a not for profit, you would think that Selwood would look after their staff. Unfortunately not in my department although there are some genuine caring managers in other areas of the business. I think I just got unlucky.
Some staff were overworked and a couple of lazy, incapable individuals got away with doing very little. It's not that easy to work with such individuals as they constantly play the stressed card. Meanwhile the genuine stressed end up leaving the business, quite often having being bullied and pushed out. Horrible blame culture.
Most people in other teams would probably give it 5*, please ask around before I put you off.
Good holiday allowance although difficult to book it all.
Too many projects, very short term focus.
