Send CV, was called, booked an interview. At the interview when I was answering their questions, one team member was rolling her eyes, looking down and looking uninterested....Felt quite disrespected.
What would you suggest Select Healthcare management do to prevent others from leaving?
Avoid saying to staff looking for answers/some support: "Take it or leave it !"
What advice would you give the CEO of Select Healthcare about how to improve it?
Come undercover to Royal park and see the low morale among the staff, disrespectful attitude towards residents and staff members.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Select Healthcare a better place to work?
Listen to the staff and residents
Due to me having better inderstanding of dementia it wouldn't take much
The home I worked in was very busy and if you was lucky to have a good worker with you it was better but most staff lazy and would disappear when work needed to be done
