Can you, will you and most of all can you be flexible with your working hours. (will you work an extra 10 hours a week for nothing) that's how the last one should be put across but that would mean being honest. Honesty is not one of this companies strong points

Very poorly organised, more often than not the vehicle has furniture missing off or when loading the runs aren't pulled out properly. When the management sort the runs they do them off a car without including traffic so you are always running behind and having to fiddle your lunch too.

Literally anyone can get a job here. This company does not spend money on training because the average timescale someone works at scs is about 6 - 12 months

Up and down all the time. There is good commission to be made as long as you get paid it all and as long as nobody has replaced the sales person's payroll number with theirs instead.

A bigger warehouse and warehouse team is what was needed, a new delivery system is also needed as sometimes multiple deliveries come in at the same time which in return puts alot of stress on the team
