Good team culture, but constantly being eroded
Great team spirit in a difficult environment. You require a good sense of humour and the ability to grasp the important details from what is often confused and incomplete information. Time is always in short supply and you have to be in synch with the regime as not doing so will impact on many other areas of the operation. You have to make decisions - more... quickly and expect no support from senior management. You have to get on with people from all backgrounds, but still be able to be firm and deliberate in challenging unacceptable behaviours. - less
