Dread it , terrible company with pointless management

Sanctuary Yarnton is the best place I’ve worked at the staff are fantastic, the manager understands anything you’ve been through and will help you through anything helping with shifts etc, residents are the kindest. The housekeeping staff are brilliant and try they’re hardest to maintain cleanliness after years of having difficulties with staff and their commitment to working to a general standard. The team being made now are so genuine and want to do the best job they can without even being asked every time to do so. The manager shut the home to visitors early which resulted in the home being free of Covid-19 fingers crossed. We have tried our hardest to keep in touch with family members and keep them updated during such a stressful time.
