It's great working at Saint Gobain but the nature of the business is that you are often working at cross purposes with someone in one of the subsidiary companies. There is very much a bunker mentality.
The work isn't difficult or stressful but can feel as if it is futile when you try to apply it to a system that is so resistant to change.
