Warehouse operative.
Warehouse Operator/Forklift Driver (Former Employee) –  Cwmbran14 August 2019
Management are shocking, no understanding whatsoever if it doesn’t benefit them. Overall the pay is decent, but with the pay comes shift work. If the shift work wasn’t available then the pay would be minimum wage.

You get some really decent people and some others who are snakes, but I suppose that’s Pretty much everywhere you go.

But if your face doesn’t fit, don’t expect to be there long.
Pros
Paid break, easy work.
Cons
Poor management, shift work and too many snakes (two faced people)

Well paid on shifts but terrible place to work.
Production Operator (Former Employee) –  Cwmbran9 July 2019
I worked for Zodiac which is now Saffran near 4yrs. I was Agency the whole time and every year promised a perm job but never happens. Team Leaders treat agency staff like dirt compared to permanent staff. Theres a bully culture and people who suck up to management do well even though they do little or no work. There is zero progression. People get laid off on a regular basis so there is zero job security. Everyone gangs up on people to either get them sacked or leave hoping for a chance of a perm contract. They expect you to work all hours possible for little or no thanks and majority of perm staff do no overtime. I had worked on various projects and factories but was still expendable.
Pros
Pay on shifts
Cons
Bully culture poor managment

Good place for work of people which no have opportunity of other job.
OOW (Former Employee) –  Greater London3 January 2019
Old company with new traditions.
When vessel at sea, the work day provided maintenance of vessel’s equipment and all procedures about safety of cargo. During port’s discharge or loading, all crew following company’s instructions and port’s authorities. I had possibility to improve my knowledge and skills of deck officer’s job. The top management is professional, but due to mixed crew on bridge have “competitive” element during evaluation of career. Workplace culture always depended from workplace culture of Captain. The hardest part of job happened , when have to prepare cargo holds for inspection, before loading and no have adequate time for doing this job. The most enjoyable part of the job is, when everyone reach dreamed aim.

Production Fitter (Former Employee) –  Burnley6 November 2018
Safran, has an excellent order book which should give a a lot on confidence to prospective employees.
The work is fairly easy, and although the use of sealants and composite components does produce some dirty produce, the company do provide full PPE and cleaninsing facilities.
The car parks are excellent as are the canteen facilities.
The work hours are good, with some overtime for those who want or need it, but it's as equired for the program.
On the downside, although a lot of experienced people join the company, in general that experience is ignored by the management and engineering people with little experience of aeronatical engineering.
It is an easy place to get along with, and if you come to work on time, do your job and stick to the simple rules, it is a great place to work
Pros
Ethical, safe and great shop floor spirit
Cons
Vindictive management at times.

Nice company to work for, can be rigid in their methodology and the ability to think outside of the box is somewhat limited. Client focus is good but client interaction is limited.

Bad work culture
Assistant Facilities Manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London18 January 2018
Great autonomy, so opportunity to develop skills and learn on the job, however there is a cut-throat approach to business. CEO's are willing to turn a blind eye to corruption and employ shortcuts to advance. Unfortunately, not a company that will last long with the work ethics they hold.
Pros
Self management and room to grow
Cons
Lack of teamwork, dishonesty
