Need to developed a thick skin and not be pushed around by managers and staff.

It is still The Royal Mail. The positives are you may work at a location temporarily/ choose your hours. Work for several recruitment agencies. The negatives are standing for long hours on a hard floor. 15 minute breaks (3 minutes to get to canteen and 3 back and 4 minutes to go to the toilet leaving 5 minutes to queue to pay for hot beverage and drink it. 20 minutes is a better time for break.

Yes , staff will listen to you and share their experience. Royal mail has a tradition of holding onto people and with that , vast experiences.

Not great, but again depends where you end up. I went to some good and some frankly hopeless delivery offices in my 6 months with them.
