Need to developed a thick skin and not be pushed around by managers and staff.

It is still The Royal Mail. The positives are you may work at a location temporarily/ choose your hours. Work for several recruitment agencies. The negatives are standing for long hours on a hard floor. 15 minute breaks (3 minutes to get to canteen and 3 back and 4 minutes to go to the toilet leaving 5 minutes to queue to pay for hot beverage and drink it. 20 minutes is a better time for break.

Postal workers are really friendly, I worked at Heaton delivery office for more than 30 years and loved it for the first 20 years, unfortunately the bullying by jumped up managers is true, if your manager is in a bad mood then watch out,
