  • Restructure program for team building for everybody . So to try to understand better tea. Work etc

  • Again sounds as though retraining & restructuring is needed to show staff they are thought about & mismanagement will not be tolerated .

  • All employers should abide by the employment act . But also should have incentive scheme to motivate & make all employees appreciated.

  • Scunthorpe office.. managers should care about your staff especially if they been sick. And get there staff to work has a team. And please take notice of all the written complaints. And if not . MANAGERS leave!!!!!( Not the staff)
    Oh and get proper water proof uniform.. they come home soaked to the bone no wonder they go sick... thank you for taking the time to read.....

  • I think the biggest problem with managers is that they are not real managers at all they are postmen that have been given an office …. glorified postman. that's it

  • Receive more training on how to deal with staff issues and how not to be walked all over by dominant team members! Show some empathy to staff with real issues going on and how to treat all team members equally.

  • Find an interview why day want to leave especially if they've only just started he just something day don't seem to understand on what day did you do to help them to do better

  • Stop your bullying

  • Take care of their personal body hygiene

  • Earn the respect of the colleagues they work with
