I'd suggest the management stop BULLYING their workers. And do their job properly. Instead of thinking they are top dog...its not even government owned anymore...they should change their name from 'royal' mail considering it's nothing to do with hm anymore yet they tbink they're invinceable. People getting threatened with the sack day in day out. All management want re training or getting rid of. Powers gone to their head!
