Since 1861, when Royal London was founded in a London coffee shop, plenty has changed (although the popularity of coffee shops remains undiminished). First we were a friendly society then a mutual insurance company. We started out by helping people to avoid the stigma of a pauper's grave. We have been helping people to help themselves ever since.

Great environment to work in, with work colleagues that have a team mentality.

Line managers are always listening to ways of improvements and put you forward for any relevant internal courses.


The management are visible and always happy to chat.


Investigation work was always tricky as the informations wasn’t readily available from the systems
