Run with maximum efficiency
Casual Worker (Current Employee) –  West Midlands21 January 2019
All the Managers I have worked for at RCP are highly proficient, skilled and excellent at their jobs. RCP's staff expectations are extremely high and the work is endlessly demanding with many deadlines to meet and projects to complete on time. I would not recommend applying for a career with RCP unless you are totally committed to a demanding role.
Pros
Working in a well run and efficient organisation

Previously a good place to work but has recently declined
Project Manager (Current Employee) –  London, Greater London8 January 2019
This organisation used to be a really good place to work. There was a good workplace culture and staff were valued for their hard work. Recent management shifts have lead to a steep drop in standards with poor staff morale and staff feeling undervalued. The best part of the job was the team I worked with and the feeling that you were generally making a difference to healthcare.
Pros
Free lunches, nice offices, hard working employees
Cons
Poor management recently and low staff morale

Culture bubble and micro management
Project Manager/Business Analyst (Former Employee) –  London29 November 2018
Induction was reasonable but ongoing micro management and a misrepresentation of the status of the projects before and after employment made moving forward very challenging.

A very fixed corporate culture that was not accommodating to new ideas.

Free lunches
Cons
micro management

Traditional environment
Communications Assistant (Former Employee) –  London, Greater London9 August 2017
An old school and traditional environment working with some of the most esteemed medical professionals in the country. The work was fairly standard but I found the environment a little stuffy for my sensibilities. That said, many of the staff were very happy there and the organisation went out of it's way to plan social activities and welcome new starters.
Pros
Free lunches
Cons
Some negativity in my department, old fashioned
